Hey there, and a warm welcome to Duais University, please, have a look around and sign up!

To begin with, evolution had apes, then humans, nothing abnormal or special about them, but then came the gypsies, the witches, and now there are the Gifted.
After many years of watching the gifted be persecuted and killed like the Salem witches, one man and his gifted lover had had enough. this man was kind and fair minded, he could no longer stand to hear the curse of the gifted. Too late to save his lover, he vowed to save all the other gifted people he could.
He opened his castle to them, and struck a deal with the Governor, so long as they kept their powers to the ground of the Duais Castle, the gifted people were safe from human persecution.
And so was born Duais University, a safe haven and learning institution for those who find themselves with unhuman gifts.

Adriaan nodded and then laughed under his breath a little "Um... what to say?" he asked then thinking for a moment "I'm more close to Nik then Chris due to the fact Nik as always been there for me. Chris as too and is but Nik is just a little more mature" he smiled "You've most likely seen them around"

Christiaan couldn't resist but check the young girl out, he had seen her around rather often "Naturally" he smirked "Out here to steal guys away from working up a manly sweat?" he asked curiously, that voice was to die for. Christiaan was a sucker for a pretty girl.

Anjela looked up as she saw a shadow walking from the sports oval towards her. She raised an eyebrow and studying the blond boy, her eyes moving up and down. A smirk crossed her face. "Hi." She said in a soft, somewhat sexy voice. "Working up a manly sweat?" She asked.

Night blushed a little and looked down, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "Yea, well, all we've got is each other. You tend to get pretty close that way." She laughed a little nervously. "So, tell me about your brothers..." She said turning and looking from her hands in her lap to Adriaan.

She let out a snort of laughter listening to them. She had to admit that they made this day a little more interesting for her. She looked up to them trying to eye some of the smaller details then went back to her sketching of them adding little details here and there. She heard someone call out her name and smiled as a few girls with a soccer ball were waving to her. "Well, Mr. Attikus, at least he hasn't fallen prey to greed. I personally think that's one of the worst sins." She said sweetly as she set the sketching pad and pencil down before she got up and jogged over to them.
She smiled happily as they played. It was hard for people to get the ball from her. She did a neat little trick with the ball and her feet before kicking it off to her team mate, who in turn kicked it into the goal. She enjoyed soccer just about as much as she enjoyed sketching, but not more than sketching. She would always be an artist at heart.

Larissa laughed gently under her breath and smiled at her husband "That, Mr Nikolov, I can do like nobody else can" she whispered then leaning up and kissing his lips slowly. She'd never forget the day that he found her. That he stayed with her. From then, she had never found anyone to love apart from him "I love you"

Christiaan chuckled "I did have a shirt..." he said then shaking his head "Though I don't know where it got to. Slippery little sucker" he sighed like it was actually horrible. He raised an eye brow and looked down at his body then up at Harvey "My body will be this sexy till the day I die" he told the teacher.

Adriaan smiled at her smile. He must have meant a lot of her. Nik meant a lot to him. Without Nik Adriaan would have feared his powers even more. But his brother helped him "You two must be really close if he makes you smile like that" he said gently.
